Offering daily small group and virtual dance and fitness classes for adults, including Functional Strength Training,  Yoga, Cardio Dance, Classical Ballet, Pilates, Latin Dance Fusion, Belly Dance, Burlesque, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Worldanz Dance Fitness, Core Sculpt & Stretch, Foam Rolling, and more to the Aptos community and beyond. We take pride in our warm, welcoming attitudes and top notch instructors.  We think becoming and staying healthy is to be enjoyed and not endured.  We have a lot of fun in our classes and our clients see results not just in their physique, but also in how they feel.  All classes streamed from the studio utilize professional sound equipment. Our floor is a fully sprung dance floor which creates much less impact to the joints of your entire body when compared to typical gym floors.  We feature a convenient easy to get to Aptos location in a private setting with off street parking.  So come in and meet us, pump up the music and get moving!
