Dear Jill,
A few weeks back, in one of your Core Sculpt & Stretch classes you broke out the leg touchdowns. In the past, I’ve had to be cautious with these, move slowly and really focus on my breath to prevent a reoccurring injury to my core. It’s been well over a decade and I wasn’t able to rehabilitate it without somehow injuring myself again and again. For the first time, I finally had the strength to quickly drop each leg down and back up with ease. Since then, I think we’ve had them in class once or twice more and I felt awesome doing them.
It’s a small and funny little thing to feel gratitude towards, but it felt like a breakthrough and I attribute it primarily to sticking with the Core, Sculpt & Stretch and Functional Strength Training classes. Just wanted to share that and thank you for your commitment and all your help in keeping me motivated these past several months. You are a rockstar trainer!
