A fun fusion of jazz, aerobics and many other styles set to upbeat music designed to increase cardiovascular fitness. Warm up focuses on improving balance, coordination and strength through various dance-conditioning exercises. New original routines start at the beginning of each month and the choreography of the dance number builds throughout the month. New students may join at anytime. So much fun to be had!! You won’t find a class like this elsewhere.
This dynamic class led by award-winning Latin/Ballroom dancer Jill Steel does not require a partner. Jill teaches an easy to follow mix of Latin styles including Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba, Salsa and more! New choreography every 6-8 weeks incorporating multiple Latin dance styles. Beginners welcome!
Ballet Basics for Beginners
This adult class will introduce you to the basic fundamentals of the art of classical ballet. Beginning with barre work, followed by simple open floor and across the floor combinations. If you’ve always wanted to learn ballet or you just want to refine your technique, this is the class for you!
Level II Beginning Ballet
Begins with extensive barre work, followed by open floor and across the floor combinations. Ending in reverence. Previous experience and knowledge of ballet fundamentals required for this class.
Includes barre work followed by open floor and across the floor combinations. Ending in reverence. This class is more challenging and faster paced than beginner and beginner level II classes.
