Choreo Dance
A fun fusion of jazz, aerobics and many other dance styles set to upbeat music designed to increase cardiovascular fitness and dance skills. Warm up focuses on improving balance, coordination and strength through various dance-conditioning exercises. New original routines start at the beginning of each month and the choreography of the dance number builds throughout the month. New students may join at anytime. So much fun to be had!! You won’t find a class like this elsewhere. Dance experience helpful.
Choreography Nuggets
This class begins with a short dancers warm-up/stretch and then goes right into a short piece of choreography set to a specific song and in a different dance style each month.
Dance styles include Broadway, Fosse, Contemporary, Classic Jazz, Lyrical, Latin…
Each month a different adventure starts and concludes!
Intermediate + skill level. Dance experience required.
Contemporary Jazz
Contemporary Jazz will provide an opportunity to practice and explore both Contemporary and Jazz techniques through a full warm-up, across the floor combinations, and a new piece of choreography every 4-6 weeks.
Dancers with some dance experience are welcome to join!

Ballet Basics for Beginners
Ballet Beginner Basics for adults will start you off learning the basic ballet positions and fundamentals. Each class begins with extensive barre work, followed by basic open floor and across the floor combinations. Ending in reverence.
For those brand-new to ballet, no experience necessary.
Beginning Ballet I & Beginning Ballet II
This adult class will introduce you to the fundamentals of the art of classical ballet. Beginning with barre work, followed by simple open floor and across the floor combinations. If you’ve always wanted to learn ballet or you just want to refine your technique, this is the class for you!
Previous experience and knowledge of ballet fundamentals necessary for the Level II class.
Intermediate Ballet
Intermediate ballet for adults includes barre, work followed by open floor and across the floor combinations. Ending in reverence. This class includes more complex choreography and is more challenging, and faster paced than beginner and beginner level II classes.
Previous ballet experience and knowledge required.
