About The Studio

Synergy features a professional, fully sprung dance floor which absorbs impact and is beneficial to joint health, finished with a Marley surface.  We provide a top quality surround sound system, wifi, floor to ceiling mirrors and several windows for fresh air and natural light.  On colder days, our central heating keeps the temperature in studio at a comfortable-to-toasty temperature. We have a medical-grade air purifier scrubbing the air 24/7, lots of fresh air via door and windows and maintain small class sizes for ample spacing between students. The atmosphere here is welcoming and full of support and encouragement for those at every level of experience, skill, age and ability.  We are conveniently located right next to the bus stop and near the freeway entrance/exit at Rio del Mar in Aptos.  Street and private lot parking are available right outside our door.
