Total-Body Pilates Mash-up is a medium impact class blending mat Pilates, Yoga movement and cardio elements to enhance your core strength, stamina, balance, flexibility, and even mood. Unlike many Pilates classes that require extensive equipment, this class focuses on utilizing your own body as a tool to strengthen and elevate your overall health.

Gain powerful knowledge of how to implement proper posture, form and mechanics in our workout and in life. All ages and fitness levels are encouraged to attend and the class can be be tailored to meet most people’s needs as it is self paced. Emphasis is on form and safety. Class is kept small enough to ensure individual attention and hands on guidance from your trainer. Class concludes with a full-body stretch and brief meditation leaving you refreshed and feeling at ease.
