High intensity exercise conditioning class consisting of core strengthening, intervals, circuit training and kickboxing techniques. Improve your cardiovascular health, endurance and coordination, while increasing lean muscle.
Core Sculpt & Stretch
This class consists of light/low impact aerobic conditioning exercises and warm ups, sculpting with light-moderate weight dumbbells and a mat strengthening and stretching segment set to music. Designed to improve your balance and coordination, overall muscle tone and core strength. Sculpt your way to the best version of you!
Synergy JAM is an aerobic exercise class formatted similar to Zumba, which offers our own original choreography to fun popular songs. Routines are repetitive, and generally easy to follow. Set to a varied playlist- fun favorites of the house that will make you want to move to the beat. Styles including Latin, Hip Hop, Disco, Belly dance, Funk, R&B and more will get the party shaking, and burn massive calories. Learn fun easy steps you can take with you to any dance floor. All fitness/dance levels and abilities welcome. Medium impact. The dance party is in full effect at Synergy and they’re playing my JAM!
Functional Strength Training
Mixed intensity interval training. These classes provide an efficient workout sure to leave your heart pounding and muscles burning. Gain powerful knowledge of how to implement proper posture, form and mechanics in our workout and in life. All ages and fitness levels are encouraged to attend and the class can be be tailored to meet most people’s needs as it is self paced. Emphasis is on form and safety. Class is kept small enough to ensure individual attention and hands on guidance from your trainer. Following the strength portion we will employ the foam roller as a tool in self myo-fascial release. This aids in recovery and injury prevention. Class concludes with a brief meditation leaving you refreshed and feeling at ease.
Pilates Yoga Fusion
Pilates Yoga Fusion is a balanced blend of overall muscle toning and strength based exercises woven into mindful stretches and flows. With a strong emphasis on core work, alignment and breath awareness, this class is designed to encourage lean muscle building and toning, core strength, flexibility, balance and mindful movement.
