Core Sculpt & Stretch
This class consists of light/low impact aerobic conditioning exercises and warm ups, sculpting with light-moderate weight dumbbells and a mat strengthening and stretching segment set to music. Designed to improve your balance and coordination, overall muscle tone and core strength. Sculpt your way to the best version of you!

Mixed intensity interval training. These classes provide an efficient workout sure to leave your heart pounding and muscles burning. Gain powerful knowledge of how to implement proper posture, form and mechanics in our workout and in life. All ages and fitness levels are encouraged to attend and the class can be be tailored to meet most people’s needs as it is self paced. Emphasis is on form and safety. Class is kept small enough to ensure individual attention and hands on guidance from your trainer. Class concludes with a full-body stretch and brief meditation leaving you refreshed and feeling at ease.
